Community Court takes a non-traditional approach to helping low-level offenders by using alternative sentencing methods. The goal is to reduce the rate of recidivism, while simultaneously providing defendants with education, services and treatment that help them live a more productive life and maintain a clean record.

Restorative Justice
The Restorative Justice program offers individuals under the age of 25 without any prior felony convictions, an opportunity to resolve their case by engaging in community service and taking courses designed to increase their ability to make healthier choices.
Restorative Justice- Clinical Division
The Restorative Justice Clinical Division is an alternative sentencing program that provides the defendant an opportunity to address mental health and substance abuse challenges with the assistance of a psychological specialist or treatment provider.
Homeless Court Program
